A tunable spoof surface plasmons antenna usingsinusoidally modulated corrugated reactance surface basedon a bulleye structure is proposed in this paper. Thedesigned antenna is made of concentric metallic groovesetched on a metal plate, the depth of which is of sinusoidalperiodic variation in the radial direction. This makes it possiblethat highly confined spoof surface plasmons alongcorrugated surface can be converted to radiation modes. Theproposed bulleye antenna can work from 25.8 to 33 GHzand a bandwidth of 7.2 GHz and its main lobe can bedirected at 30◦ from the vertical direction at 30 GHz. Thisantenna has a maximum gain of 15 dB and its main lobe canscan from 14◦ to 58◦ by tuning the frequency from 28 to32 GHz.
